This project involved the meticulous renovation of a landmarked brownstone, aiming to blend historic preservation with modern functionality. Key elements included the installation of a new residential elevator to improve accessibility across floors and restoration of the exterior stoop to include a new wheelchair lift. The renovation emphasized interior restoration, featuring custom millwork and premium finishes chosen to reflect the building’s historic character while enhancing its aesthetic and functional appeal. The project also incorporated a redesign of the roof configuration, balancing architectural heritage with contemporary needs. This careful transformation brings a fresh life to a classic structure, combining period charm with today’s living standards
