Formerly known as Martha Clara Vineyards, this 200 acre property was rebranded and reimagined as RG I NY to be positioned as a leader of quality and innovation in wine and wine making in the North Fork area of Long Island, and to become a cultural destination for local Long Islanders, New York City residents and international enotourists alike. The masterplan, developed with SCAPE, included site and existing structures analysis, zoning and code analysis, market research, programming analysis, sustainability analysis, site design, a conceptual design for winery building, and a phasing plan for the overall project.
